• Clinical presentation, diagnosis and current treatment options of autoimmune skin blistering diseases (AIBD) • In vivo, in vitro and ex vivo models of AIBD • Introduction into working in an S1 laboratory • Neutrophils as key modulators of tissue destruction • Isolation of immunoglobulin • Mini-paper writing and feedback session

Methods:

• Isolation and characterization of immune IgG • Isolation and activation of human neutrophils from blood • Cell-based assays (ROS release, ex-vivo cryosections assay, FACS)
